A guided meditation and sleep trance session specifically created for my community members processing political stress and anxiety. As a long-time activist, I share my own experiences while offering gentle support and guiding you through some relaxation.
It feels quite awkward to make a video like this as my intention is ultimately to help subscribers having a hard time right now and also be able to send this to my friends, but inevitably posting on youtube makes it 'content' and something where there's 'marketability,' which feels weird. Likewise, I don't think this is my best work as it's spontaneous improv, and I'm navigating that awkwardness while I make this lol. Likewise, electoral politics has not served us well for a while and unfortunately can only do so much. But, I hope it helps you, because regardless this has been hard.
